Refund & Cancellation Policy

Where a plan includes a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial at the price shown at sign-up.

You can cancel at any time from your account page or via the link in your billing emails. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the account returns to the free tier. We do not delete your saved data when you downgrade.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases of digital content and services. Because access is provided immediately, by starting to use a paid plan you request immediate performance and acknowledge that this right is lost once the service has been fully supplied, to the extent permitted by law. Within the 14-day window, and where you have not made substantial use of the paid features, you may still request a refund as described below.

• New subscriptions — if something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll review a refund in good faith, provided the paid features haven’t been used substantially.
• Renewals — automatic renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date. If you were charged for a renewal you clearly did not intend and had not used, contact us and we’ll look at it fairly.
• Partial periods — we don’t provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a period after a mid-cycle cancellation; you keep access until the period ends.
• Duplicate or accidental charges — refunded in full.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Email support@dividend-line.com from the address on your account, with your order or invoice number (in your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and a brief note of the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (a Stripe company), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms. See our Terms of Service for how subscriptions and billing work.

Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under Portuguese or EU law, or under the law of your country of residence. If a dispute cannot be resolved with us, you may refer it to CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, or to any consumer authority or dispute resolution body available to you where you live.
